    i like the free online scanners but id much rather listen to them on my handheld scanner which i can get the local stuff on and its so much faster then trying to load this junk on dial up and i got a free 9000 channel 10 band radio scanner for free off craigslist so if you like listening to the idiots in your town check craigslist you could get one for free or cheap!
